PAVILION RENTALS OPEN TO ONLINE RENTAL REQUESTS FOR THE 2026 SEASON ON 1/20/26 AT 9AM FOR LAGRANGE RESIDENTS!

Thank you for your interest in renting a facility in the beautiful, tranquil setting of Freedom Park. We offer two pavilion rental options, which are uniquely different, and one may just meet your needs. From a small, intimate family gathering, to large non-profit fundraisers, we accommodate many happy guests every year. We use reservation scheduling software to assist in the process. Facility requests will open for the 2026 season to residents on Tuesday, January 20th at 9am and open Tuesday, February 3rd at 9am for eligible non-residents at www.lagrangeparksandrec.com.

Dates go very quickly so be sure your account is up to date prior to opening including updating your 2026 proof of residency so you don’t get held up waiting for approval and miss out on your date. All facility rental requests must be made online at www.lagrangeparksandrec.com under the “Facilities” menu. The Main Pavilion with full kitchen and the Small Pavilion (no kitchen) are available to rent May through October.

Please note there are NO REFUNDS WITHIN 6 WEEKS of reservation date due to, but not limited to, inclement weather, acts of God, flooding, or non-usage. 50% refund up to 6 weeks prior to reservation date. All cancellation and refund requests must be in writing.
