Overlook Park is a great source of pride for the Town of LaGrange. Overlook Park is a sprawling 47.91 acre park, located on the western edge of town and the proud home to Mid-Hudson Valley Admirals Football & Cheer.

At this sprawling park you will find football fields, picnic tables as well as concession stand, and bathrooms, which are open during football games & practice.

Another standout feature of Overlook Park is Overlook Pond that is open for fishing and every spring the Department of Environmental Conservation and Dutchess County Federation of Fish and Games Club hosts a free family fishing day. The Town of LaGrange Parks Department is also actively working to enhance the pond at Overlook to become a premier fishing location and a source of enjoyment for years to come. As part of the enhancements, you can expect to hear more about a dock project in the near future!

With more great things to come, we are also excited share the news that paddle board sports are now permitted uses on the pond at Overlook! You can easily now enjoy kayaking, canoeing, row boating and paddle boarding on this picturesque local pond.*
