Red Cross certified swim lessons for ages 3-18 in Freedom Lake. With an emphasis on drowning prevention and water safety, courses are available for a variety of ages and skill levels.

Registration opens online to LaGrange residents on Tuesday, 3/10, 9am, and to eligible non-residents* on Tuesday, 3/24, 9am, at www.lagrangeparksandrec.com.

Session 1: 7/6 – 7/17
Session 2: 7/20 – 7/31
Session 3: 8/3 – 8/14

With Freedom Lake Season Pass: $75 / $90 Non-Resident
No Freedom Lake Season Pass: $105 / $120 Non-Resident
Fees INCLUDES lake usage during weekdays of lesson session. No weekends.

Please note:

• If it is raining, classes will still meet under the pavilion. If there is a storm, classes may be cancelled with no makeup or refund.
• You may only register for one session at a time due to level testing.
• Pre-swim evaluation may be required.

Refunds for all programs and rentals will be processed upon written request in accordance with the following policy unless stated otherwise:

• No refunds within 6 weeks of start date due to, but not limited to, inclement weather, acts of God, flooding, dismissal for behavior issues or non-usage.
• 50% refund up to 6 weeks prior to start date. NO REFUNDS FOR LAGRANGE DAY CAMP unless we are able to fill the spot.
• A doctor note may be required prior to end of program for illness/accident.

Eligible non-residents include residents from the following border TOWNS:
Beekman, East Fishkill, Pleasant Valley, Poughkeepsie, Union Vale, and Wappinger. Proof of residency through a property tax or utility bill attached to residence is required.
