This year’s event highlights included the Nutty Scientists Hudson Valley’s Castaway Show at 1:30pm, Skyhunters In Flight Raptor Show at 3:00pm, a catch and release fishing tank with the Federation of Dutchess County Fish and Game Clubs, Inc. all day long, live music with Tilly Foster, food by The Dog House… just to name a few!
This annual celebration of conservation, ecology and nature play featured hands-on learning, adventure play, kids activities, demonstrations, nature exploration workshops by Mid Hudson TU (Trout Unlimited), Ti Yogi Bowmen, Crazy Over ART on tour, Scouts of America, FlowerRoots&STEM, Beatrix Farrand Garden Association, Dutchess County Soil & Water Conservation District, Dutchess County Division of Solid Waste Management, Appalachian Trail Conservancy, LaGrange CAC and more!
No registration is required! Watch for next year’s date to come get your hands dirty and enjoy this FREE event open to all ages in beautiful Freedom Park!
